Cervera

Cervera’s B2B department wanted to launch a gift shop for companies to be able to give their employees the possibility to choose a Christmas gift on their own. We designed the user flow and a clear overview of it, the UX/UI, a clickable, responsive prototype, and sales material.

Ordering to Swedish doorsteps can be associated with delays and frustration. We wanted to ensure that our user experience wouldn't add to that. We user-tested our different solutions and designs and went with the one that was the most convenient for the customer in terms of experienced reward and investment.

Sure, Cervera is a well-known brand with an established identity. Still, we wanted the giftshop to feel a bit more exclusive than their regular visual expression, so we put on our designer caps and created a modified (and more elegant) style guide for Cervera Giftshop.
