Situated in the vibrant heart of Berlin, this historically significant building, once a bread factory, has transformed over the last twenty years into a cornerstone of the city's thriving tech scene. Notable companies, including Hello Fresh, have scaled to unicorn status under its roof.

On top of this building stands a commanding lighthouse, a feature we've intentionally woven into the storytelling. The "Lighthouse of Berlin" not only marks this location but also serves as a metaphor, similar to traditional lighthouses guiding ships to safety. It represents a beacon of inspiration, guiding brave innovators as they navigate the uncharted waters of the tech industry.

The palette is directly influenced by the building itself, with design elements inspired by the beacon's illuminating presence. The design language bridges the historical essence of the building with its contemporary identity as a hub of innovation.
